Athletic programs include baseball, softball, football, soccer, basketball and swim team for all age groups. Hunting, Fishing, and Camping Pike County has an abundance of land inhabited by deer, turkey, and small game for hunting enjoyment. License and permit required.The Alabama River (approximately an hour from Pike County) provides recreation, camping, fishing and water sports. Pike County Lake features 45 acres of surface water, teaming with Largemouth, Bass, Catfish, Bluegill and Crappie surrounded by 410 acres of beautiful woodlands with walking trails, new picnic tables and gills for your outdoor activities. Some of the tables are wheelchair accessible. |
